How can we, the Body of Christ at Northminster, proclaim the mighty acts of God today?
God is calling you…and all of us…to be a sign, a demonstration of renewal, growth, life, and light.
We’re going to try, this Lent, to take a deeper look at the hard work of forgiveness and how it is a renewing, central practice in the Body of Christ.
Hope lies beneath the frost.
How many questions have been answered and how many new opportunities, relationships, and possibilities have materialized even as new questions arose about the future?
And as surely as we know that Christ came so many years ago, we also know that Christ has brought and will continue bring healing, restoration, and the Kingdom of God until the day it is fully, finally realized.
One of the ways we share the love of Jesus Christ is through our service to others. We are honored to serve the people of Jamaica on our annual Dental/Medical Mission.
Our church family is preparing for our next permanent, installed Pastor. We have faith in our future. We are open to change and trying new ideas of ministry.
We need to remember that, as we, the church moves forward in time. Christ is always leading us.
Advent is the time when we wait expectantly for the coming Christ. We reflect about the meaning of Christ’s gift to us and how, without Christ we are people lost to ourselves.
